Shipping policy
Prices are without shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout after entering shipping address and before paying. Return shipping on authorized returns are paid by customer.
Please note that transactions on BrillianceClothing.store are with a shipping contract and not destination contracts. That means we're liable for the product until it gets into the hands of the shipper. Then it's between you and the shipper. Please make sure you are there to receive the package based on available tracking data and your schedule. Please have it sent to an address where you will be available to receive it personally or it will be secure like at a MailBoxes Etc, your employer's address or a trusted friend. We apologize for we cannot be liable for doorstep delivery thefts. If that happens you have to take it up with the deliverer. And that could be a stressful process, so please have it sent to an address where you or someone else can can bring it inside asap.
If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, Brilliance offers a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item.
