Q: Is Brilliance Clothing & Accessories transparent about Donations made to Nonprofits that have Education and Activities for Holistic Health & Environmental Responsibility?

A: Yes. At the end of every fiscal year we will post all Charitable Contributions made to Nonprofits that promote education and/or activities for Holistic Health and Environmental Responsibility.

 

Q: Can I return the merchandise I bought from Brilliance Clothing & Accessories?

A: The products sold are Print On Demand and are custom made which are generally not returnable because of change of mind. However we'll gladly accept returns and give refunds if the products received are damaged, the wrong item(s) or the printing is misaligned over 1". A Return Authorization must be done prior to sending back the item(s) to our supplier's address. You can get a Return Authorization from Brilliance by contacting us via email at Support@BrillianceClothing.com  or by calling (541)227-6350 Monday - Friday 10PM - 5PM PT and a photo has to be attached so we can forward it to our vendor for them to approve the return and refund.
